After looking at the prior top words and phrsaes, I think it's just someone making up a list. It's based on a "proprietary algorithm." So we have puzzling results like:2009 Name: Mobama2006 Name: Dafur2005 Top Phrase: Outside the Mainstream2002 2nd ranked phrase: Rush to War2002 top phrase: Threat FatigueSorry, maybe among blogs and Twitter feeds these would rate, but top in media or general usage? No way.
